To our Valued Clients and Friends:
Please be advised, in accordance with Governor Phil Murphy’s Executive Order No. 107, most of our office staff will be operating remotely until further notice. A limited number of essential employees will be in place on-site to handle issues that cannot be dealt with otherwise.
Our offices have been closed to visitors since March 18th. This gives our company the ability to ensure the health and safety of our staff, and the ability to continue to serve your Association’s property management needs throughout the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
Please rest assured, we are continuing to work normally serving the Association Owners & Residents and handling all normal day-to-day business. For the most efficient service, please continue to use our regular email addresses and telephone numbers.
Our office phone lines will be attended to normally during regular business hours, as will our emergency after hours line. Our staff has been provided with the necessary technology and training to work remotely without interruption in service.
We also have the capabilities to host teleconference and videoconference meetings for Board meetings as needed. We are all in this together.
Cedarcrest Property Management is committed to providing our clients with the best possible service during these difficult times. Please feel free to reach out to me or any of our staff if you have any questions or are in need of assistance.
Please stay healthy and safe.
Best regards,
Thomas Chilenski, President
