Cedarcrest property management has been our association’s management company for the past 18 years. They have always been very professional and responds to any issues promptly. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I personally had an issue in which Tom (senior property director/president) had to get involved. He was able to resolve it quickly and was extremely helpful. Cedarcrest has been our current property management for two years at Forrest Gate Townhouses in Wayne. Scott, our property manager has been a breath of fresh air. He has been able to guide our community towards the right direction and helped us get back on our feet financially.
