Tom Chilenski purchased Cedarcrest in March 2004 and he just celebrated his tenth year of ownership! At the time of purchase the Cedarcrest had 10 properties and 2 employees.
Ten years later he has grown the company to five times its size. We currently manage 60 properties; have 16 employees and a full maintenance department known as C.A.M.S.

What sets Cedarcrest apart from other management companies?
Our team approach – each property has a property director assigned as well as a property administrator who is in the office Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The two work as a team to manage all facets of the property efficiently and with constant follow up. Two people who work on the same property are not permitted to take a vacation at the same time.
C.A.M.S. (the Cedarcrest Advantage Maintenance System) is the name of our maintenance department. We have four (4) maintenance men each highly qualified with 15 years of experience individually. They save our clients money with a low hourly rate.
The Cedarcrest Exclusive Performance Guarantee – We guarantee in writing any documented Board action request not fulfilled by Cedarcrest, after 3 requests, a refund of $100/incident.
